2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • Listers must provide accurate business/contact details.

  • Applicants must not impersonate others or submit false information.

  • You are responsible for account security and all activities under it.

3. Listing Rules

  • Listers guarantee that their postings:

    • Are legal, non-fraudulent, and comply with applicable laws.

    • Do not contain false offers, spam, or discriminatory requirements.

  • We may remove listings that violate these rules without refund (if paid).

4. Applicant Responsibilities

  • You agree to:

    • Provide truthful information in applications.

    • Not harass Listers or misuse contact details.

    • Use the Platform only for legitimate business inquiries.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Listers retain ownership of their Content but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

  • Applicants must not redistribute Lister contact details without permission.
